When will I receive my first subscription copy?
You will receive a welcome letter confirming the start issue of your magazine. The subscription will start with the next available issue.

When will I receive my order if I order a single copy?
Provided the magazine is in stock, you will receive it within 7 working days. Please note for single copy orders we always fulfil with the issue currently on sale in the UK. We do not offer a back issue service.

Are overseas copies sent by airmail?
Yes

What do I do if I want to cancel my subscription?
Your subscription must be cancelled in writing either by emailing us at the Magazine Café or by writing to us at The Magazine Café, Unit 3, Tavistock Road, West Drayton, Middlesex, UB7 7QE. Alternatively, you can call us on 01895 433722.

How do I renew my subscription?
Subscription renewal reminders are sent well in advance of the expiry date of your magazine.

Can I order a subscription as a gift?
Yes - just advise it is a gift when ordering, or select the gift option on the website.

How do I order if I want to pay by cheque or postal order?
Just write to us at the Magazine Café address enclosing your cheque or postal order made payable to The Magazine Café.

Is paying by credit card on the Magazine Café secure?
Yes - none of your credit card details are stored within the Magazine Café system. Your payment is processed via a secure online payment system provided by PayPal.

If I purchase an Adult title will it be mailed in an envelope?
Yes, all Adult titles are mailed in discreet plain envelopes.
