When will I receive my first subscription copy?
You will receive a welcome letter confirming the start issue of your magazine. The subscription will start with the next available issue.

When will I receive my order if I order a single copy?
If the magazine is in stock, you will receive it within 3 working days. Sometimes there may be a longer delay if the magazine is imported.

Are overseas copies sent airmail?
Yes

What do I do if I want to cancel my subscription?
Your subscription must be cancelled in writing either by emailing us at the Magazine Café or by writing to us at The Magazine Café, Unit 3, Tavistock Road, West Drayton, Middlesex, UB7 7QE

How do I renew my subscription?
Subscription renewal reminders are sent well in advance of the expiry date of your magazine.

Can I order a subscription as a gift?
Yes - when completing the order form, tick the gift subscription option.

How do I order if I want to pay by cheque or postal order?
Complete the order form on the Web site, print it off and send it to us at the Magazine Café enclosing your cheque or postal order made payable to The Magazine Café.

Is paying by credit card on the Magazine Café secure?
Yes - none of your credit card details are stored within the Magazine Café system. Your payment is processed via a secure online payment system provided by Netbanx.

If I purchase an Adult title will it be mailed in an envelope?
Yes, all Adult titles are mailed in discreet opaque envelopes.
